The deal, plainly.

1. What produde is. produde is a platform that hosts a set of small AI products behind a single account and a single token wallet. You sign up once, you buy tokens once, and you spend them across every product on the platform.

2. Tokens. Tokens are a prepaid in-app credit. They are not money, they are not refundable for cash, and they have no value off the platform. Tokens never expire. If a run fails for any reason, including partial failure inside our pipeline, your tokens are credited back in full automatically.

3. Acceptable use.Don't use produde to generate or distribute illegal content, harassment, malware, or material that violates someone else's rights. Don't attempt to attack, probe, or destabilize the platform. Don't use the API automation to extract content at scale beyond what a human would consume.

4. Your content.The inputs you feed into a product and the outputs it produces belong to you. We store them so you can browse your own history. We don't sell them, and we don't train shared models on them.

5. Underlying providers.Some products call third-party LLM or payment providers. Their terms apply when their services touch your data. We list which provider is being used on each product's page.

6. Suspension. We can suspend an account that violates these terms. We try to reach you first. If we must suspend without warning (active abuse, fraud, legal request), unused tokens stay on your wallet until the situation is resolved.

7. Liability.produde is provided as-is. We don't promise the outputs are correct, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. Don't make irreversible decisions based on a single AI run.

8. Changes.When these terms change we'll tell you by email. Continuing to use the platform after the change counts as accepting it.
